Reservation and Payment:
- Reservations are confirmed based on availability.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking using accepted payment methods.
- The hotel reserves the right to change or cancel promotions as necessary without prior notice.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in begins at 14:00; check-out is by 12:00.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy and Additional Guests:
- Room rates are based on the specified occupancy per room as listed on the website.
- Additional fees apply for extra guests, with a maximum occupancy limit per room, subject to availability and extra charges.
Smoking and Damage Policies:
To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, our hotel maintains a 100% smoke-free environment.
Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms and on balconies.

- In case of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- As a gesture of flexibility, the hotel is pleased to assist with rescheduling the stay, subject to availability, provided the request is made at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
- Please note that rates for the rescheduled dates may vary depending on seasonality and availability, and any rate difference may apply.
- This special rate is offered in exchange for the non-refundable condition.
